A deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) is required no later than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the booking. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is null and void.

The amount of the deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay.

As provided for by the Civil Code art. 1385, it will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer and credit card.
The balance of the booking must be paid on departure.

Send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email: ,  indicating the date of your booking, your telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.

Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorisation from the relevant circuit. With the pre-authorisation, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part thereof, to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS CASHED. The pre-authorisation automatically expires 20 days after the date requested and the amount is released. In the event of a negative pre-authorisation, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case the hotel has no obligation to the customer.

If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to your credit card or requested by bank transfer. The full amount is not refundable under any circumstances. Different payment terms may apply during certain periods. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

Extending your stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and rate changes.

Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing to:

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 72h before the date of arrival, no amount will be withheld

For cancellations or changes made 48 hours before the arrival date, the confirmatory deposit will be retained

For cancellations or changes made 24 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken, who is required to pay the total amount of the reservation.

In case of no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be retained.

The hotel has a large dedicated spa and gym area reserved for our guests, for which reservations are required.
At the Roof Garden it is possible to enjoy the solarium / swimming pool area, enjoying excellent aperitifs and dinners at the càrte.
The Salina Hotel’s Conference Centre, with its state-of-the-art technical equipment, has also been designed for our business guests.
We would like to inform you that the hotel has a free private car park with 80 spaces available for booking.

Wi-Fi service is available in all rooms and common areas and is offered free of charge to all guests
Food intolerances: we provide assistance and basic products (bread, pasta, biscuits).
We inform you that we are at your disposal for the shuttle service from the airports of Bari and Brindisi and for the organization of cultural / food and wine tours of our city.
