Salina is our main restaurant and offers a lively ambience amidst light geometries, large spaces and large windows. In the dishes, local flavours and colours intertwine with creativity and contemporary taste, transforming into compositions that tell the story of the evolution of Mediterranean tradition
The simplicity and warmth of the typical Italian trattorias, where the cult of ancient flavours is handed down, is revived. In winter you can warm up with our dishes that the chef composes every day with selected foods, while in summer the terrace blends with the colours of the sun and the sea.
